Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
3. Provision to third parties
We provide personal information to third parties only in the cases set out in PIPA Articles 17 and 18, such as with your consent or where a law specifically allows it. We currently provide no personal information to third parties.

We outsource the following processing:
Google LLC: storing and processing business email, documents and calendars (Google Workspace, including the Gemini features built into Workspace)

When we use other generative AI tools (such as Anthropic's Claude) for drafting and summarizing, we remove or mask names, contact details, email signatures and anything else that could identify a person before entering it, so we do not outsource the processing of personal information to these tools. We use all AI features only on terms under which our inputs are not used to train AI models.
Under PIPA Article 26, our outsourcing agreements set out the processor's obligations, including no processing beyond the outsourced purpose, security measures, limits on sub-processing, supervision and liability. We supervise processors to make sure they handle personal information safely.

If you do not want your information sent to our business email provider (Google), we will respond by post or other means instead of email, and work carried out by email may then be difficult to perform.
6. Information processed on behalf of clients and partners
Personal information we process on behalf of clients or partners, such as B2B marketing campaign contacts or course participant lists from a training operator, is processed under our agreement with them and their privacy policy, and is not used for any other purpose.
